1. Fan Shop Production Model
Jayco Fan Shops operates differently from traditional online retailers.
Most products sold through Jayco Fan Shops are custom-made and produced specifically for schools, sports teams, booster clubs, businesses, churches, organizations, fundraisers, employee stores, and special events.
Orders are generally collected during the fan shop ordering period and produced after the fan shop closes.
Because products are custom-made, shipping and fulfillment timelines differ from traditional ecommerce websites.

Orders enter processing after successful payment has been received.

11. Organization Distribution Orders
Many fan shops operate using organization-based distribution.

Church representatives

Event coordinators

Organization sponsors
In these situations, Jayco Fan Shops fulfills its delivery obligation by delivering merchandise to the designated organization representative.
Once merchandise has been delivered to the designated organization, responsibility for final distribution transfers entirely to the organization.
Customers acknowledge that Jayco Fan Shops does not control how organizations distribute merchandise after delivery.
12. Transfer of Custody and Responsibility
When merchandise is delivered to a school, team, booster club, coach, sponsor, business, church, organization representative, event coordinator, or other designated recipient, the order shall be considered fulfilled by Jayco Fan Shops.
At that point, responsibility for:

Handling

Sorting
-
Distribution
-
Delivery to end recipients
-
Inventory management
Transfers to the receiving organization or representative.
Jayco Fan Shops shall not be responsible for:

Lost merchandise after organizational delivery

Stolen merchandise after organizational delivery

Misplaced merchandise after organizational delivery

Distribution errors made by the organization

Delays caused by the organization
-
Failure of the organization to distribute merchandise

Merchandise distributed to the wrong individual by the organization
Customers experiencing issues after organizational delivery should contact their organization representative directly.
Once merchandise has been released to the designated organization, Jayco Fan Shops' fulfillment responsibility is considered complete.
13. Unclaimed Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders after receiving notification.
Orders not claimed within sixty (60) days may be considered abandoned.
Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to dispose of, donate, recycle, or otherwise remove abandoned merchandise without compensation or refund.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders.
14. Weather, Natural Disasters, and Force Majeure
Jayco Fan Shops shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
