Because all products sold through Jayco Fan Shops are custom-produced specifically for schools, teams, organizations, businesses, fundraisers, employee stores, and special events, our return and refund policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase through JaycoFanShops.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom-Made Products and Final Sale Policy
All products sold through Jayco Fan Shops are custom-produced specifically for each organization, team, school, business, fundraiser, employee store, or event.
Because these items are custom-made to order and often decorated with organization-specific logos, artwork, names, or designs, they cannot be restocked, resold, or returned to inventory.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Jayco Fan Shops does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom merchandise except in cases where:

The wrong item was produced by Jayco Fan Shops

The wrong item was shipped by Jayco Fan Shops

The item contains a verified manufacturing defect

The item contains a verified decoration defect

The item arrives damaged due to production-related issues
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Jayco Fan Shops.
2. No Returns for Customer Ordering Errors
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be provided for:

Duplicate orders

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

3. Sizing Disclaimer
Sizing may vary between manufacturers, garment styles, and product types.
When available, size charts are provided to assist customers in selecting the correct size.
Jayco Fan Shops does not guarantee fit or sizing preferences.
Because all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements due to:

Items fitting too large

Items fitting too small
-
Personal fit preferences
-
Normal garment shrinkage
-
Customer sizing mistakes
Customers are encouraged to verify sizing information before completing their purchase.
4. Eligible Corrections for Production Errors
Although all sales are final, Jayco Fan Shops may, at its sole discretion, replace or correct merchandise when a verified production error has occurred.
Examples may include:

Incorrect garment provided

Incorrect size produced compared to the order submitted

Incorrect artwork applied

Decoration defects

Significant manufacturing defects

Production-related damage
Approved claims may result in:

Replacement merchandise

Corrected merchandise

Refunds will only be issued when Jayco Fan Shops determines that replacement or correction is not reasonably possible.
5. Reporting a Problem
Customers must report any issue within seven (7) calendar days of receiving their order.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:

Description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the issue
Claims submitted after seven (7) calendar days may be denied.
Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent claim resolution.
6. Inspection and Review Process
Upon receiving a claim, Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to:

Request additional information

Request additional photographs
-
Request return of the affected merchandise for inspection

Determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement, correction, store credit, or refund
All claim determinations are made solely by Jayco Fan Shops.
7. Approved Resolutions
If a claim is approved, Jayco Fan Shops may provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement merchandise

Corrected merchandise
-
Store credit
-
Refund (when deemed appropriate)
The selected resolution shall be determined solely by Jayco Fan Shops.
Whenever possible, replacement or correction of merchandise will be prioritized over refunds.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Jayco Fan Shops is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
9. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Circumstances
The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, replacements, or returns:

Duplicate orders placed by the customer

Customer ordering mistakes

Manufacturer garment variations

Failure to review sizing information

Failure to pick up an order

Merchandise distributed through an organization after delivery

Lost items after organizational distribution
Because all merchandise is custom-produced, all approved sales are considered final.
10. Transfer of Custody and Responsibility
Certain fan shop programs utilize distribution through schools, booster clubs, coaches, team representatives, businesses, churches, event coordinators, or other organization representatives.
When merchandise is delivered to the designated organization, representative, coach, sponsor, administrator, or program contact, the order shall be considered fulfilled by Jayco Fan Shops.
At that point, responsibility for storage, handling, sorting, distribution, delivery, and transfer of merchandise shifts entirely to the receiving organization or representative.
Jayco Fan Shops shall not be responsible for:

Lost merchandise after organizational delivery

Stolen merchandise after organizational delivery

Misplaced merchandise after organizational delivery
-
Distribution errors made by the organization
-
Incorrect handoffs made by the organization
-
Delays caused by the organization
-
Failure of the organization to distribute merchandise
Customers experiencing issues after merchandise has been delivered to the organization should first contact their coach, sponsor, booster club, administrator, or organization representative.
Once merchandise has been released to the designated organization or program representative, Jayco Fan Shops' fulfillment responsibility is considered complete.
11. Abandoned Pickup Orders
Customers who select local pickup are responsible for collecting their merchandise after receiving notification that the order is ready.
Orders not claimed within sixty (60) days may be considered abandoned.
Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to dispose of, donate, or otherwise remove abandoned merchandise without compensation or refund.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Jayco Fan Shops before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment dispute systems may result in:

Refusal of future service

Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors

Collection efforts where permitted by law
Jayco Fan Shops reserves all rights available under applicable law to dispute invalid chargeback claims.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayco Fan Shops and Jayco Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from product purchases, production delays, shipping delays, organizational distribution, or event-related circumstances.
Any approved refund, replacement, correction, or store credit shall constitute the customer's sole remedy.
14. Policy Updates
Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to JaycoFanShops.com.
