Welcome to Jayco Fan Shops, powered by Jayco Ink. This Fan Shop Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all purchases made through JaycoFanShops.com. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies described below.

1. About Jayco Fan Shops

Jayco Fan Shops is a custom apparel and merchandise platform operated by Jayco Ink. We provide online stores for schools, sports teams, booster clubs, businesses, churches, organizations, fundraisers, and special events.

Unlike traditional retail stores, products offered through Jayco Fan Shops are generally produced specifically for each fan shop and are not maintained as regular inventory.

Because items are custom decorated and produced on demand, special ordering, production, fulfillment, and return policies apply.


2. Fan Shop Ordering Periods

Each fan shop operates within a designated ordering window.

The opening and closing dates for each shop are displayed on the individual fan shop page.

Customers are responsible for placing their orders before the published closing date and time.

Jayco Fan Shops is not responsible for missed ordering deadlines resulting from:

  • Customer delay

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Payment processing issues

  • Incorrect account information

  • Technical issues outside our control

Once a fan shop closes, orders may not be added, modified, or accepted unless specifically approved by Jayco Fan Shops.


3. Custom Production Process

Products sold through Jayco Fan Shops are typically produced after the fan shop closes.

The standard process includes:

  1. Customers place orders during the open ordering period.

  2. Orders are collected and organized for production.

  3. Production begins after the shop closes.

  4. Products are decorated using screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, sublimation, or other approved decoration methods.

  5. Orders are prepared for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Because production begins after order collection, delivery timelines differ from traditional retail websites.


4. Production Timeframes

Estimated production timelines may be displayed throughout the website, product pages, promotional materials, or order confirmations.

Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production may be affected by:

  • Garment availability

  • Manufacturer inventory shortages

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal order volume

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Artwork approval delays

Jayco Fan Shops shall not be held responsible for production delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. Product Availability

Product availability depends on supplier inventory and manufacturer stock levels.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to:

  • Substitute a comparable item

  • Substitute a similar garment color

  • Upgrade the garment at no additional charge

  • Remove the unavailable item and issue a refund

  • Cancel the affected item

Whenever possible, customers will be notified of significant changes.


6. Artwork and Design Representation

Product mockups, digital proofs, and website images are intended to represent the final product as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor and screen settings

  • Garment dye lots

  • Decoration methods

  • Printing processes

  • Embroidery digitizing

  • Product manufacturing tolerances

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, and appearance are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.


7. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order.

Size charts may be provided when available.

Because all products are custom-made, Jayco Fan Shops cannot guarantee individual fit preferences.

Orders placed with incorrect sizes selected by the customer do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.

We strongly encourage customers to verify sizing before checkout.


8. Customer Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Product selection

  • Size selection

  • Color selection

  • Quantity

Jayco Fan Shops is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect customer information.


9. Order Changes and Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, changes may not be possible.

Modification requests may include:

  • Size changes

  • Product changes

  • Quantity changes

  • Shipping address updates

  • Customer information corrections

Any approved modifications must be confirmed by Jayco Fan Shops prior to production.

Modification requests are not guaranteed.


10. Order Cancellations

Because production planning begins immediately after fan shop orders are collected, cancellations are generally not permitted.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed before production begins but approval is solely at the discretion of Jayco Fan Shops.

Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees, design fees, administrative fees, or other applicable charges.


11. Fundraising Shops

Some fan shops may be operated as fundraising programs.

Fundraising proceeds, commissions, donations, and organizational earnings are governed by separate agreements between Jayco Ink and the participating organization.

Customers acknowledge that fundraising percentages and distributions are managed directly between Jayco Ink and the organization hosting the fundraiser.


12. Pickup Orders

Certain fan shops may offer local pickup.

Pickup instructions will be provided when orders are ready.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

Orders not picked up within an extended period may be considered abandoned.

Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to dispose of abandoned merchandise without refund after reasonable efforts to contact the customer.


13. Shipping Orders

When shipping is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Jayco Fan Shops is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Delivery interruptions

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.


14. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.

Claims regarding:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items

  • Decoration errors

  • Damaged merchandise

Must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or pickup.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the problem

Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund is appropriate.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayco Fan Shops and Jayco Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Delayed production

  • Shipping delays

  • Product availability issues

  • Event cancellations

  • Missed deadlines caused by circumstances beyond our control

  • Website interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected order.


16. Policy Updates

Jayco Fan Shops reserves the right to modify this Fan Shop Order Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to JaycoFanShops.com.

Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
